It’s because I was innocently checking my e-mail, which I use as source for many things these days, when I saw this particular one, from a tool called Author Tracker, which allows me to stalk Bernard Cornwell online, when I saw this book deal…Which was not at all just any book deal.

Should probably start of by saying sorry for my lack of posts as well, short story is I’ve moved back home (its a marmite relationship) and just graduated (yay) – so trying to sort out my life – which involved a lot of unpacking and throwing my childhood books/ memories away to make room for the epic amount of stuff I have accumulated over the past 3 years…. Anyway on with the post!

Google +

We are all surrounded by social networks these days:Twitter, Facebook, Formspring, Tumblr, Myspace, LinkedIn, Ping…! But are they enough?

Google didn’t seem to think so.

They have finally released Google +, a new project that got a lot of attention during the past few weeks. Among the new stuff, one is getting special attention from the crowds, that is Circles, Google’s version of Fac…social network.

In this post I am going to tell you what I think about it.

Swifty is a somewhat famous World of Warcraft player, he’s made several really great tutorial videos on YouTube about how to play the warrior class for World of Warcraft. It’s Friday, 3 am in the morning and I just got home.

No, it was not from an awesome party with DJs from foreign exotic countries and a lot of alcohol and drugs. It wasn’t from a boyfriend’s house. It wasn’t from a friend’s house where I was spending time. It was from the cinema.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

Hello blog readers =] so for my first post, I’ve decided to talk about Harry Potter*. Like many people, I have grown up reading the books and watching the films – one of my lasting memories from primary school is being read ‘The Chamber of Secrets’ (COS) – being asked to draw the chamber and me replying to my teacher ‘it’s my best work yet’ (I can’t draw to save my life – but I still have that picture somewhere in the depths of my room) … Fast forward a few years, I remember reading the last book on the way to look around Bath University. Naturally, I have stuck with having the childrens edition. I’m not going to talk about each book or film  – but focus on the last one… I’m going to assume everyone knows what happens – if not don’t read any further *spoilers*  … But seriously, read the books!

The Glee Project

Hey folks!

First of, I know I have been slacking off with P&P lately, but I’ve been crazy busy! And I realize my personal life doesn’t interest you, so let’s get to what might!

I really like social media websites, that is no mystery. So last weekend, while I was checking out GetGlue’s new stickers I saw one that caught my attention (other than the Harry Potter one ;D) and it featured “Coming soon – The Glee Project”. I was intrigued. What could that possibly be? Since the show (Glee) is on break until September, my first thought was that it had something to do with their summer tour, but no!
